Beth has been instrumental in the Cosmetics and Skin Care opening of nine Merle Norman Studios in many locations in North Carolina and Virginia, as well as opening Barrington Skin Care Salon, a Day Spa in the Cary area. Beth is certified in Electronic Hair Removal and IPL technologies.

As a Makeup Artist and Color Analyst, Permanent Makeup has been an artistic expression. Beth has also worked as a business and management consultant in the skin care, cosmetics and retail industry.
